How Did We Start?

Just like every business has a story, we also have a story. However, what sets us apart from other businesses is that we embarked on this journey not with the intention of establishing a business, but with the aim of bringing goodness to every place on earth where people breathe. On this path, which we started to provide funding for various projects, our hope to become permanent and turn a small idea into a large sales store is the sole factor that motivates us for the sustainability of goodness.

Our Mission
 

We are a social enterprise that simultaneously pursues both commercial and social missions. We channel the profits from our product sales into projects and initiatives aimed at solving social and humanitarian issues. As Genç Atölye, we see our customers and stakeholders as "carriers of goodness."

Our Team
 

The Genç Atölye team consists of young volunteers who aim to spread and carry goodness through a professional business management system. We work with great dedication as both volunteers and professionals throughout all stages, from the research and development and design processes to production and sales.

Our Products
 

At Genç Atölye, we prioritize catering to diverse interests, preferences, and tastes in our product designs. We carefully monitor and incorporate feedback and requests from our customers during the design and reproduction processes. Our goal is to create meaningful products that everyone, especially young people, can enjoy and use in their daily lives, adding value to their everyday experiences.

Our Sales Channels

Genç Atölye, a subsidiary of IHH Humanitarian Relief Foundation, donates its profits from product sales to humanitarian aid projects. Products are sold at the Genç Atölye store in Fatih, Istanbul, through selected points of sale in certain cities, and via the website gencatolye.net.

Projects Supported So Far
 

We prioritize supporting youth-focused projects. Among the projects we have supported so far, examples include the construction projects of the Jakup Hasipi Youth Center in Macedonia and the Youth Center in Syria.

In 2021, with the proceeds from our original Palestinian-designed products, we supported the Gaza Reconstruction Project. In our 2023 calendar, we aimed to open a water well in Africa, focusing on fountains and wells worldwide.

"We've translated our popular Ramadan Adventure Pack designed for children into Arabic and ensured its delivery to schools and tents in Syria."                                               
 

Genç Atölye has donated the proceeds from the products it created under the 'Palestine' theme to the Palestine Emergency Aid Campaign to stop the pain, oppression, and occupation that began in Gaza on October 7, 2023.
